Does it work if you remove this radius (and any other like it that may not be visible in the picture)?

Please attach your model.  Open it in Fusion 360, select the the menu, then Export, save to your hard drive.  Attach it to a reply post using the attachment section.

Your model that you attached only had a sketch for the area in question.  I extruded to outline "to" the other body hoping this is the thickness you wanted.  I have included the model with a .1 mm fillet which I achieve using a Sweep.  You can take the fillet radius up to .15 mm is you would like but it fails above that.  Model is attached.  Let me know if I can help further.
