Can only render in offline mode

I can only render when I'm in Offline mode.

Whenever I go online a message of rendering in progress appears in the rendering gallery.

If I'm online and I render the object, either in cloud or local, it goes into gallery but it never gets completed.

I've tried clearing my cache, redoing the extrusions but nothing works... It seems that there is a problem with that file specifically.

Has anyone else had that problem?

Thanks for posting this. 

To be certain, are you saying the problem only happens with this one design? Other designs behave normally? I just want to be certain of that.

If that's the case, can you possibly share a link to the design so I can test it out? If I can repeat your results it will help for the report.
