Can only enter 1 digit at a time in sketch mode

As of 11/9/20,  when drawing a sketch, any shape, I can drag it to any dimensional value, but when attempting to manually enter a value, the value field will change to the last digit typed.  For example if I attempt to enter 25 all I get 5.  The 2 shows up and then is replaced by the 5.  After the sketch shape is added, I can go and dimension successfully, but never when initially adding the shape.  I attempted a restart, but no change.

Mac or PC? What flavor of OS? (Win 7, Catalina etc)

Laptop or PC? Wired keyboard or wireless/bluetooth? Any KVM or other switches involved in the mix?

I know a comparable behaviour when entering values for patterns with many instances.

As it happens, when I got home from work and fired up fusion360, it behaved normally. This is frustrating because earlier today, I could not get it to work with any project. I tried restarting windows and fusion twice this morning and could reproduce the single digit phenomena every time in three different projects, but tonight all seems to work normally. Thanks for the offer to help thorough. If it repeats, I will send you the project.

Windows 10, current revision, no special hardware.

Hi,

if it happens again you could try CLEAN UNINSTAL.

It usually helps.
