Can not swap library of components

I have copied a part of a schematic into another one, but the components are referencing the old library. I am using unique libraries for each of my projects. While trying to swap the libraries, I encountered this warning and was unable to swap them (see photo). Replacing the components one by one is not plausible, as there are a lot of them. All the copied components already exist inside the library I am trying to swap to. Help is appreciated, thanks in advance.
