Can not start using software due to popup window at start

Hi,

after launching the program there is a welcome window that i guess i should fill in some information about me,

however there is one question i can not give answer to - selection window is empty and it is not possible to type anything in there (related to how am i going to use this software).

Maybe its a language issue (im using polish version).

I can not proceed further, i guess all the fields have to be filled up for button to activate, but as mentioned above, i can post any answer to one of the questions.

I can only close this window with alt-f4, but all functionalities are still dimmed and not active. Restarting does not help.

The blocking dialog box has been turned off. Can you please try again, restart Fusion and try to login/use the application?

Thank you for your reply.

I did not see any change. Maybe fusion would have to update for this solution to work or.. not sure.

I tried it three more times, also left it on for some time hoping it would update, but it did not.

Eventually i figured out that this blocking window pops few seconds after program starts, so that i had enough time to go to my preferences and change language to English. Then i restarted the software, filled it these forms (in English it works all fine), changed back to Polish and it does not appear anymore.

So i think this issue only applies to 30-day trial version with Polish language selected.

Anyway it is solved now.

Thank you again.

Thanks for explaining.

I'm going to put this here in case someone else finds this post and wants another kind of workaround in case this pops up for them.

Steps

  1. Close Fusion if it's running
  2. Login to Fusion team https://login.autodesk360.com/login
  3. Launch Fusion from there
