Can not start Fusion 360

When trying to start Fusion 360, nothing happens.  I get a quick blue circle and that is it.  Nothing shows in task manager, no error messages, nothing.  I have tried the Clean install whit same results.  Firewall and antivirus are turned off and running windows 10 home 64 bit.  This was working fine until recently.

Hi,

Thanks for posting. I think we need to see all the logs in this case.

The instructions are here:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-t...

Let's start with this one:

  1. Application Log Files (for issues launching or operating Fusion 360):
Windows:
C:\Users\<username>\Appdata\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\<AlphaNumeric Folder>\logs  ... (look for all *.log files)
C:\Users\<username<\Appdata\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\logs ... (look for all *.log files - logs here when login is unsuccessful)

I see one problem, I do not have the "Autodesk Fusion 360 folder".  In the Autodesk folder I just have Common, webdeploy and this log file.

Make sure you have "Show hidden files, folders and drives selected in your File Explorer Options.

I'm showing hidden files, AppData is a hidden file and I can see that.

@Anonymous  Just checking in.

Do you happen to have a dual-monitor setup?

There is a recent crash report you sent that has some clues.

  1. Your computer is using the Intel chip graphics
  2. Those drivers are from September of 2019

  • Is this expected, or do you have a dedicated GPU?
  • Can you try updating the drivers of your Intel graphics?

That did it Phil, I had the monitor plugged into the wrong video port, it is now working.  The intel must of updated its drivers and wont work now but my Nvidia GPU works fine. Thanks.
