can not select holes for a cut extrude

I am trying to make a leather wallet pattern, and I am very new to fusion. The solution to my problem is probably something simple, but I cannot figure it out for the life of me and have searched the forum with no success. My last component labeled "outer left pocket" needs stitching holes. The way I have been doing it so far is to do a cut extrude from the component beneath the one I'm working on to cut the holes through the new component. Sometimes there would be holes that I couldn't select so I would just edit the sketch and add them in one by one (but it would just be a few). This time, it's not allowing me to select any holes from any of the previous components no matter what I try. I need the holes to go along the outside edges of the "outer left pocket" component. For my last wallet design I created, every time I created a new component that would lay right on top of the last component, the holes from the last component would automatically cut through without having to do a cut extrude. This time around has been very different and much more difficult for me.  I will attach my f3d file.

Works Ok here.  Hide all components except the one you are working on, activate it,

Then make the sketch visible that you want to use to find / see the cutting articles, window select all the circles, drag the arrow through the body to cut, to preview it,

There is no stitching holes in the sketch used for the outline of this piece, so I turned the sketch off and went to the next lower sketch on that side, says there are 27 articles but I get 26 holes.

Not checked the full file, can do that later,

hope this gets you going,

Thank you for replying. I am trying again this morning, and now it is working and I am doing it the same. Which is the way you did it as well. This has been happening to me since I started this design. I will try to do something that has worked before, it will not work, I will walk away from it for a while, then when I come back, I do the same thing, and it works. Do you think this has anything to do with my computer? I don't know much about computers, but once it told me that my graphics card wasn't enough to run Fusion. I still run it though, but wondering if this could be causing my problems...

You may find this version of the file will save you some work, give you some Ideas how Fusion can do the repetitive better than we do.  Step up the time line.  Happy to answer questions. https://a360.co/3irvPPu

I am not able to comment on the graphics card, but display errors are common if it is not suitable.

Blue sketch articles will keep you awake at night.

Might help....
