Can not open file Error. "May not have synced correctly"

I'm receiving the following error when I attempt to open files. I just worked on these a couple of days ago. I followed the 'trouble-shooting link' but nothing worked. I really need to work on this project today, and it's annoying this problem is happening seemingly out of no-where.

Software version: 2.0.15050 x86_64

@gregF29ZL The below can be found in the logs. It looks like this file was saved in a newer version of Fusion 360 that has a newer schema that is not backwards compatible. Can you please update Fusion 360 to 2.0.15509 and that should help to open this file?

Current Software version: 2.0.15050
Forward compatibility is not supported:2.0.15299 - The file you are trying to open was last saved in a newer version of the software. It cannot be opened!

@RajkumarIlanchelian I've lost track of how many times this situation has come up and you (or someone else) has had to answer it. Why can't the dialog tell the user to update instead of giving them a panic attack about corrupted files?

"Why can't the dialog tell the user to update instead of giving them a panic attack about corrupted files?".

This is exactly the question I have asked our engineering team because such a message IS what should show up. We are trying to see why that did not happen.

No updates are pending and when I attempt a manual update, the program notifies me that 'I have the latest version already installed'.

@gregF29ZL Can you please tell us what version does Fusion show in the About UI?
