Can no longer perform cloud solves

As of a couple of weeks ago I can no longer perform cloud solves for static stress simulations with my education account. Is there a solution to this issue?

Go to your Preferences and see if you possibly have other Contracts supplying your Cloud Credits.  If so, you may not be selecting the wrong contract account when you try and export a Simulation to the cloud.

I have checked and can confirm that I have the correct contract account and still cannot perform a cloud solve.
