Hi All.
I currently designs things on fusion then create a dimensioned drawing, take that to a CNC lathe/mill and create a program in FANUC (basically straight milled cuts that don't require no mathematics).... but i am now looking to create parts on the lathe that cant be programmed manually (i.e milling along a curve, or milling along a taper, things that end up working to 2 or 3 decimal places) How complicated is the manufacturing option that is available under the DESIGN drop down box? Can it be self taught or would i need to find someone capable of giving lessons?
If anybody could give a brief description or even a short video explaining, even if it is a basic milled shape or turned part so i can sort of understand.
