CAM - New Issue, Old Tool Paths. Mirrored & Adaptive Clearing with REST cutting weird things

I've run this part a bunch of time, its definitely a recent issue in Fusion. The part is 1 side and I mirror the tool path and reverse cut direction to cut the other. Something I do on almost all my parts, very familiar with this process.

Today, cutting a big part the Left side runs fine and the tool paths are normal. Right side (mirror, change tool direction from climb to conventional to climb cut the other side) has some fun new oddities and almost broke an expensive tool. The pictures show the tool path is for some reason cutting the ear shape on the opposite side of the part but its also cutting to full depth in an area that has already been cleared by first roughing tool.

On the actual ear, its ramming into the corner and leaving a wedge of material.

Again, I've run this part and I have a family of parts that all have the same tool path approach, this error in tool path is recent as in within the last update or two.

Oh, and I should add that if I don't use REST machining it doesn't have the problem. The part just takes 5min longer while its cutting air.

How do I get this issue raised to who needs to see it? This is not a user error, this is an error in the latest update that seems to effect rest machining on a mirror toolpath. Not always, but on at least two of my parts that happen to be similar in shape but different.
