CAM help

 Hello I am having trouble with my CAM toolpaths. I imported an SVG logo and extruded to a body then projected to plexi surface. Once projected, I did a negative (cut) extrusion into the plexi. Then I chose the 2D Pocket Toolpath by selecting the bottom face of each hole. My tool diameter is .125". The tool paths didnt seem to complet on a couple letter. Can somebody help me out I just can't figure it out.

It looks like your tool is a little too big using your current pocket settings.  I was able to get it to complete by adding a -.012" radial stock to leave.  You can test with a smaller tool or make the letters a little bigger or try a different tool path strategy.
