Bug updating parameter unit

Hi,

It seems to be a bug when updating units in parameters, because in the sketches they are displayed as they were defined when created and not the current setting.

To reproduce the issue follow this step-by-step:

1. Create "angle" parameter with units equal to "mm" (my default unit value):

2. Update the units of the angle parameter to degrees (first set to none and then to degrees):

3. Create a sketch and try to use the parameter:  notice the angle parameter is red highlighted when used in the dimension value field and its tool-tip displays "mm" as the units which is wrong:

My solution was to remove the parameter and create it again, as we have to deal before Fusion 360 includes the functionality to update units parameters recently.

I'm running Fusion 360 2.0.17244 x86_64

Thank you very much for raising your concerns with us.  We really do appreciate feedback from our customers.
Fortunately, this fix/improvement is currently in the works at the moment, so this will be hopefully added in a future update once complete and thoroughly tested.
