BUG. Sketch Offset.

I have the sketch above, after offsetting I wanted to add a reference dimension but the dimension is actually created as a normal dimension. This is wrong as the source curves are fully constrained.

But you can edit the offset dimension. See attached File, you'll need to create the offset as saving the file sort of fixes the problem.

The reason it does not create a Reference Dimension, in my opinion, is because the Offset curve does not maintain the Tangent Constraint from the original sketch.  You can see this in your second sketch.
