Here's a sketch that I created. The document browser on the left shows that the sketch is fully constrained. However, there is a point in the sketch, the notch at the top, that is not constrained. As you can see in the screencast I can drag the point with my mouse.

I'm using version 2.0.14337.

I've attached an export Fusion 360 file.

Edit: I forgot to press "Insert" when adding the screencast. Now when I try to add it I get the error "Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. I tried both pasting a screencast URL and inserting from "My screencasts". When pasting the URL if first displays ok while still editing, but when I press "Post" I get the error and the screencast is removed. You can probably find it from my profile if needed.

Edit2: Here's the screencast URL, since "Paste a screencast URL" does not work: https://screencast.autodesk.com/Embed/Timeline/02115ef6-f34a-425b-899f-529c15c71ef5

This might help with screencasts.
