bug: Sketch dimension "over constrained", even though it is not

[see .gif] Sketch dimensions have recently been able to both be unconstrained, and also not constrainable, because the Sketch environment thinks it would over constrain the sketch.

have experienced this a lot lately.

Fusion 360 2.0.16009 x86_64 [Rosetta 2]

Hi,

It is somewhat strange that after removing the offset dimensioning the relationship is preserved.

Therefore:

remove offset constraint

I think that is expected behaviour,

because Offset value is missing, replace it, to place outside circle, or

Deleting Offset Constraint, allows diameter dimension.

I'm very confident that until recently, the (expected) behaviour was that deleting a dimension related to an offset constraint would automatically remove the offset constraint. 

Even if this is the new expected behaviour, it is illogical that the path is constrained with an offset, if the dimension does not exist, in my opinion.

It has never been like this.
