Bug report: UI not displaying properly

Starting this morning, the data panel and all cloud-based UI stopped displaying.  The design history banner icons are also not displaying but the info is there.  I can left/right click and the selection table appears and selecting a feature from the banner highlights on the model.  A few times today the banner icons reappeared, but then the model disappeared, and then program crashed.

I've, restarted multiple times, updated my grahpics card driver, and repaired the Fusion installation.  The program was working fine before the update and for about a day after.  I haven't changed any of my PC or program settings.

Hi @t_andrew_finch ,

It will be helpful if you could provide some more details:

1. Could you record a video for the issue your facing showing a blank Data Panel and share it here.

2. It will be helpful if you can share the logs. Details to collect logs can be found here.

If my answer helped, please 'Accept Solution'

Here are two screen grabs.  One shows the hole where the data panel would be and the other has my mouse hovering over the missing design history icons.

Hi @t_andrew_finch ,

Thank you for sharing the images. It will be helpful if you can share the diagnostic logs as well to investigate further.

One another thing apart from the above article would be to make sure that you have an up-to-date OS.

Diagnostic files attached.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program with no success.  I have also forced DirectX 9 and 11 with no success.  Resetting to default view layout was unsuccessful.  I followed all the options in the links provided and no success for any of those options either.
