Bug Report. Face not merging after extrude.

Noticed after an extruding one face does not merge like it should.

Also seems a bit odd that the 2 angled faces show blue after the extrude while the extrude dialog is active.

Before extrude the face I select is blue. File's attached.

Thanks, @HughesTooling.   I'm not sure why this is.  I suspect it is related to the 1 degree angle between the faces:

The strange thing is:  The usual trick of body splitting the body to force face merge (like with a mesh converted to BRep) does not merge them:
