Bug Report: Extrude fills in unwanted sections

The Extrude function refuses to leave the center of the sketch unfilled.

Everything looks good while editing the Extrude, but after confirming the selection it ALSO fills in the center.

I've played around with the sketch and it has something to do with the mirrored elements, as removing these fixes the problem.

Here you go, the center is removed from the Extrusion.  Model is attached.

What did you do?

I couldn't find a difference between your file and my original (except that you filled in the 4 tiny holes) so I opened my exported file and it too was functioning properly after clearing all selected profiles and reselecting them.

The bug report still stands, though maybe I should change the title.

If you make the 2 centrelines construction lines it works predictably. Note, centrelines in Fusion's sketch environment are really meant to be used for revolves (so you can dimension diameters easily) not centrelines as you'd use then in a 2d drawing. For this sketch they are a real disadvantage as you end up having to select 4 quadrants for each circular profile.  EDIT. File attached.
