Dimension .252 (Underlined in green) has 'add dimension break' applied.
You can see in the green circle it functioned as intended, but in the blue circle, where is crosses a dimension arrow it does not work as intended (Creating a gap so that the arrow and subject line do not overlap.
I assume this happens because the arrows are not defined as a line, and thus are ignored.
