Bug report: Data panel not connecting to server. No updates, not able to refresh, linked files compromised.

Hi,

I'm not able to connect my data panel to the server.  Indicates last refreshed some hours ago this morning.  For folders I have had open, files show up but are out of date or strange behaviour ensues.  For example inserting animated exploded view into drawing causes creation of default "design" view, not the animated view.  Also unable to open some files or create any new files and then open them.

This behaviour was reported on PR:1425 for Insiders but travelled through to production.

Current version & OS:
Fusion 2.0.19207 arm64 [Native]
macOS 14.4.1 (23E224) on MacBookPro18,3

Signing out and signing in a few times seems to have unclogged the data panel connection for the moment.  But this has happened before and it re-occurs.  Perhaps tied to today's server outages?  I shall monitor.
