I agree that the surface selected in the picture below is a Y-Surface but when we are looking for the angle of that surface, aren't we looking for the "Angle along X-Axis" rather than "Angle along Y-Axis" as it's being labeled?

OK. After looking at the balloon help of the "Angle" definition it looks like it's just the wording that's confusing. Instead of calling this "Angle along Y-Axis" it would be much clearer to call it "Surface Angle to Normal of Y-Axis" or something more descriptive...
