Bug: Importing tool lib changes tool diameter - Fusion 2604.1.48 x86_64

Just imported an HSMLIB file into Fusion 2604.1.48 x86_64 and found that some of the tools are having their diameter changed.  Attached is an example library which contains one tool which exhibits this problem  (zipped to allow the upload).  The tool's diameter is 1.5", but after the import it is changed to 1.58".   I'm still verifying that no other parameters are being changed.

I think it's because of how we've refactored dovetail cutters. Have you found any other tools that are incorrect?

I have not found any other parameters in any other types of tools which are incorrect.
