Hi,

Thanks for posting your question. No, paying users are not expected to test bugs, but as a paying customer you are entitled to support. Have you created a support case yet?

Does this happen with only one design, or with any design?

If you can share a link to the design I'm happy to do some profiling on it.

Thanks,

Hi Phil, i may come off as a bit passive agressive in my post. I dont expect from you to do profiling on this bug. Or even waste your time on this. I am aware of how software is made and how many people over how many "push`es" are making it.

I am not going to create support case, as i am fusion user for 4 years now or smth. I intend to post every bug on this forum as i am done with hearing how fusion is great and all over the youtube, creators are showing fusion etc.

I intend to show that this is not great software overall, and it is in fact work in progress. Aswell as adding new features that are making fusion a "micro transaction abomination" like some fortnite etc.

Its just not cool. Support case will maybe fix a problem but will not show other users that, random , critical. BUGS occure here.

Its nothing personal

Thanks for responding. Sorry to hear you feel this way about Fusion 360.

I don't think Autodesk has ever said Fusion doesn't have any bugs. And I'm not aware of any other CAD program, even the 30 year old ones, that has no bugs and is not "work in progress". New features and improvements are added to all software over time. This is why new versions are released, everywhere, for everything.

Please keep posting the bugs you find here. My job is to take the bugs you find, produce a ticket, and try to get them fixed. This is why I asked for a file, because while it's valuable for you to tell us and the community about your experiences, it's even more valuable when I can do something to help you and the community. If you would like to work directly with me, I'm happy to jump on a zoom call and look at the issues you find. Please be prepared to provide design files and reproducing steps, and I'll do the rest.
