*Bug* Graphical issue within drawing work space

I'm experiencing a graphical glitch across a 'block area' in the lower 3rd of the drawing workspace (please see image below). It causes and models and title blocks to disappear when the sheet is panned across this 'block area'. It sometimes appears grey or white and will flicker between as I add dimensions and make other selections. The area also doubles in size when the Data Panel is closed.

I've attempted a fresh install of Fusion. Updated the Intel and Nvidia graphics drivers. Changed the graphics driver from DirectX 11 to OpenGL within preferences. Changing scaling settings in Fusion and Windows settings - All suggested fixes on this forum.

System spec: Dell XPS 17 laptop, Intel i7, Nvidia RTX 2060, 16gb ram, Display: 3840x2400 @Anonymous.994 Hz

Hi @Anonymous

Sorry to hear that you are having this issue.

This looks like a graphics issue to me. I think that you may be running Fusion on your integrated Intel graphics card and not the NVIDIA card.

Have a read through this article: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Poor-Performance-in-Fusion-360-on-laptops-with-dual-graphic-cards.html

Thanks for your reply, Clint.

I've gone through that article but none of the suggestions have worked.

Graphics diagnostics shows the GPU device as Nvidia so I'm at a loss as to what could be incorrect.

Hi @Anonymous

Another suggestion is to download the latest Graphics driver from NVIDIA, follow the arrows below, these will take you to the correct site. Then plug in your driver details and download.

If this does not resolve the issue, I would suggest a clean uninstall of Fusion.
