BUG - Get latest for non referenced design

This has been cropping up a lot recently - I have a simple one body model, does not reference any external bits whatsoever, yet it has the Get latest warning pop up! There is no latest anything to get!

As part of the February release, along with the user avatars and implicit design reservations on edit, we've also improved the Get Latest to update the active design to the latest version if there's a newer version available via 'Get Latest Version' which is what you're seeing on your design. If you notice this tooltip appearing on a design, then that means there's a newer version of it available. Could you verify it whenever you see the 'Get Latest Version' option next?

If that icon with tooltip appears even if there's no newer version available, then that would be a bug and I would be happy to look into it.
