Bug: Enter Key and Numpad Enter Key inconsistency

This is a frustrating inconsistency between the operation of the standard Enter Key and the Numeric Keypad Enter Key.

Most operations will be executed by pressing either the Enter Key or the Numpad Enter Key except those related to file actions.

• "File Save"        Enter Key OK, Numpad Enter Key - no response
• "File Save As"   Enter Key OK, Numpad Enter Key - no response
• "Export"            Enter Key OK, Numpad Enter Key - no response
• "Upload"           Must click button,  neither enter key works.

Environment:

• Fusion 360 2.0.17954 x86_64 [Native]
• macOS 14.3 (23D56) on iMac20.2

Is this by design or a bug?
