Broken files in editable documents

I have 2 broken files. They do not appear anywhere in my project file tree and I cannot open them, but they are marked as editable documents. Hovering over the files shows the message "Document is still uploading".

Any idea how to get these files permanently resolved?

How do I remove these files?

Hello, and welcome to the Community.  Can you share a little bit of background on this?  How long have they been this way?

@tomaszw000  I am checking with our engineering team on how to dismiss this download. By any change do you work on multiple machines or is this is a lab machine where multiple accounts log in on the same machine at different times?

@tomaszw000 Can you also please provide log files?

1. Go into Fusion - help - Support and disgnostics
2. Service utility
3. Run the gather system info
This will generate two zip files
4. We will need the Fusiondiagnosticslogs.zip file

1. Go to Launch pad - Run Fusion service utility

This started on the day of posting - I was trying to make a drawing for one of my designs and found myself unable to save it (something about user access). I think that's where these documents may have appeared.

I attempted to use a second machine for the first time right before posting. Upon switching computers, I learned that I was only able to use one PC so I picked the option to sign me out everywhere else.

This did not work for me. There is no visible change and the files still exist.

I sent you a PM with a link to the diagnostic file.

@tomaszw000 Thanks for the logs. I will look at them but few other questions.

1 Were you able to find the file that we called out? If so in what location did you find them.

2. After you deleted them what happened in your data panel? Did all the files from your data panel disappear?

I just want to make sure that the workflow was right.

if you can even record a small video of the workflow that would be great help.
