boundary fill not working

Keep getting this issue with boundary fill.  It is a complex part, but not sure why. I am trying to make 2 halves of a moldboundary fill issue(#2).jpgboundary fill issue.jpg

You need to attach the model you are having issues with.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

Accepted solution

This is not a Boundary Fill problem.  I have created the cavity in the mold and created a continuous splitting surface from your numerous surface bodies but there is a problem on one side where the splitting surface contacts the mold part.  Also, you should be using Capture Design History so you can see what you are doing.  Model up to a point is attached.
