Bodies Lose Sort Order when Dragged in Browser or Copied/Pasted between Drawings

Hi,

running on a Mac, my design consist of many variants of one body.

Aim is to have everthing at hand in one drawing just in case I need an alternate version at some point.

As a result one body has 40 variants, varying in small details.

But dragging several bodies together in the Browser changes their sorting.

Same with copying several bodies from one drawing to another.

This becomes really annoying as I had to number the bodies before moving / copying

and then reorder them again almost from scratch.

The ordering Fusion gives to them seems to be completely accidental.

All the best,

Herbert

Can you share that design and demonstrate the behavior in a screencast ?

Unfortunately not as I never worked with screencasts on a Mac before.

Maybe someone with a design of mores 50+bodies, who encounters the same problem might show up...

The free Autodesk Screencast software works well and loads the videos to your AD account.

@drew22losee please share a design and/or a screencast. I've not seen this come up as an issue in almost 10 years, except in this one thread.
