Blank comments and comment line

As you can see from the screenshot, the entire comment window does not output any text. If I try typing, no text is visualized despite the cursor advancing normally. Comments are Blank, cannot select any text (I remember it's not an option regardless of the problem, which is a pity). Last version, DX11.

Hi @Anonymous,

 

We're investigating an issue with text rendering on certain graphics chipsets. In the meantime, could you please try the following as a workaround?

 

  1. Right-click on My Computer/This PC on the Desktop or in the Start Menu and select “Properties”
  2. In the left column of the System window that appears, select “Advanced System Settings”
  3. Within the System Properties window that appears, click “Environment Variables” in the bottom right
  4. Within Environment Variables, click “New…” under the System Variables section
  5. For Variable Name, enter NEUTRON_WEBBROWSER_ALLOW_GPU_BLACKLIST
  6. For Variable Value, enter 1
  7. Click OK to save the new variable
  8. Launch Fusion 360

It should look something like this:

This error was also translating in to McMaster-Carr catalog search bar.  Both are working now.  Thanks

 

Worked for me.  I was going crazy....  I thought that when playing with the setting I messed something up.
