Black Layout Grid

Hi. I'm still struggling with the issue where Fusion opens up with a black colored layout grid so I can't do anything on it. It's running on one-year old MacBooks and they worked just a few weeks ago. Now Fusion is totally unusable.😫 Please tell me what's wrong! Thanks!

Can you explain what you mean by black layout grid? Maybe upload a screenshot?

I will need more time to get the photo.

The Display Setting is already in Environment => Photo Booth. While the Grid and Snaps setting already has Layout Grid checked.

But it looks like it’s in Dark Sky mode (actually, much darker to the point of being totally black) with no grid lines.

When I try to Sketch, no grid lines nor planes appear at all so it’s impossible to draw anything.

Maybe unrelated, but I've had my system deny Fusion access to the video card a couple times since the last update- never seen that before; when this happens, the menus are visible, but the viewports go dark or white.

Was it on a MacBook? What did you do about it?

Windows.   Reboot.   Wait for it to happen again.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and the same result!

What version of MacOS are they running? Can you open Graphics diagnostics?
