Bending sheetmetal overlap

Hi Folks,
Sorry for this very noobish question but I am trying to learn sheet metal design and I can't seem to get this to work.  I am using 1.2mm stainless and I would like to attach two plates (with screw).  The problem I am having is that I can't seem to manage to create a flange that will be just under the left sheet.

I have tried overriding bend radius but that gave errors and/or very strange results.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please
Thank you

I would generally use a sketched contour flange.

Useless you have a forming tool to manufacture the joggle you're not going to get 90 degree bends on a press brake, which is what all fusion sheet metal is aimed at.  For now.

Hint to devs. give us forming, normal cuts and lofted flanges please.

Thank you Carl, I will look into sketched contour flanges and how to do that.
