Bend feature available in startup?

Hi All, just a query, Im trying to use the bend feature in the sheet metal workspace but its not there, Im wondering if it's because I'm on a startup license?

Hi, Finally sorted, I re downloaded to get the latest version, no idea why it hasn't updated but seems to be all there now.

It did not exist from the beginning.
I can't tell you the date of implementation, but your version is very old.
