Today I installed fusion360 on a new laptop I purchased, to get access to the download file I entered my full name and email into fusions website again. Installed and logged in okay. Fusion asked me if I wanted to end my other session remotely which I accepted.
Now when I log into fusion on either computer, I am in basic access only mode, I can not edit my files, can not create and save new ones, and can not create new projects at all. I'm locked out of everything. I've never had problems using fusion on my desktop + old laptop. This is all on my personal use license which looks like it's still active. Minutes before I logged into fusion on my new laptop everything was working fine. What's happened?
