The lower and upper bars look like this, I can press the buttons even not seeing them, but it is a graphical problem for me, I don't know. I am not able to position myself well and I need to return as before. It is all updated, say video drivers and perform the lenovo update test (my pc is the t460 model) and intel from your page. All the other programs work normally, it is only fusion 360 that gives me this problem, I have restarted the pc, fusion 360 and executed the graphical diagnosis, all good. So I don't know what can cause this problem.

Solution:
To workaround this issue follow these steps:
In the Windows Control Panel, search for "Environment Variables". Click "Edit the system environment variables". At the bottom of the System Properties dialog, click "Environment Variables...." Under "User variables for <user>", click "New". Enter "QT_OPENGL" within the Variable name. Enter "angle" vithin the Variable value. Restart Fusion 360.
