Hello Dear,
My problem is, when I rotate the x Axis (+,-), the Y Axis also rotates with it, I want it to remain constant.
When I rotate the Y Axis Back to the old direction, this time the Z Axis turns Reverse. Where can I unlock this?

Fusion uses the right hand rule and can't be changed. Are you setting up a setup in the manufacture workspace? Most modern CNCs use the right rule, what machine and control do you have?
There a bit of info here on work coordinates in Fusion.
