Auutodesk Identity Manager Error when trying to log in to fusion 360

Hello there,
im currently struggling to get fusion 360 working on my pc. Ive tried severall times reinstalling the software and also tried some suggestions found on the internet but nothing seems to fix it. it downloads just fine but as soon as i try to press the login button i get an error message with 3 files generated (dmpuserinfo.xml, AdskIdentityManager.dmp and a log) two of which i have attached to this post (because for some reason .dmp files arent supported?)
