Hello, I have reported three missing teaching assets from two Autodesk Design Academy courses. The issues have not been fixed but support keeps marking the ticket as completed. I have provided step-by-step instructions to find the dead links, but no one at support has been able to solve the issue. I don't know what else to do?
------------
What is the issue you're facing and where is it taking place?
I am trying to obtain three missing assets from two different teaching resources. The specific links and step-by-step processes are detailed below:
- What are the steps to recreate it if possible?
Here is my step-by-step process for 1 of 3 support requests:
After signing into my Autodesk account, I navigate to the following webpage:
https://academy.autodesk.com/curriculum
I then apply the following filters: Fusion 360, Beginner
I then click on the following link:
https://academy.autodesk.com/curriculum/introduction-mechanical-engineering-design-and-manufacturing
I then click on, “The future of manufacturing and innovation” to view assets.
I then click the download link for, “Create a rendered image” (https://adsk-designacademy-content-live.s3.amazonaws.com/Introduction+to+Design+for+Manufacturing/Vi...)
I expect that by clicking the download link that I should be downloading a teaching asset related to creating a rendered image. Unfortunately, instead of a teaching asset, I receive the following error (screenshot attached: error1.png):

I then click the download link for, “Lesson videos” (https://s3.console.aws.amazon.com/s3/object/adsk-designacademy-content-live?region=us-east-1&prefix=...)
I expect that by clicking the download link that I should be downloading a teaching asset related to lesson videos for manufacturing process planning for CNC milling. Unfortunately, instead of a teaching asset, I receive the following error (screenshot attached: error2.png):

Unfortunately, instead of a teaching asset, the link takes me back to the main Autodesk Design Academy webpage, titled, “Projects for your classroom” (screenshot attached: error3.png)
