Assemblies briefly "forget" their joints upon loading an assembly

Occasionally while working with semi-complex assemblies, A part will "forget" its joints when first loading into the model, and will be shown as being out of where it is hard jointed. This is fixed if you attempt to drag the part, as then it snaps back into place immediately.

While not a major issue, it is somewhat annoying, as it can seriously spook someone who has never encountered it before, and looks majorly sketchy to someone not used to the program.
