Arrange not working with curved objects

Hello,

I currently have a problem with arrange function, it seems not to work with curved objects. I reduced the problem to two pieces, i will attach a picture describing the problem. I manually placed the components and it easily respect spacing.

This is not even splines but only arcs.

Could you please share the model? Please also specify the name of sketch (or sketch dimensions) inside which you're trying to arrange these objects. Thanks,
