Arrange Fuction Missing in Edit of Manufacturing Model

I would like to report that the Arrange command is missing from the Modify menu when editing a Manufacturing Model in the Manufacturing Environment.  As you can see in the screen capture, I have used it before in one of my file since it appears in my Timeline.  If I try to create a different arrangement, the Arrange command does not appear under the Modify menu as it had before.  If I type "S" and search from the command, it also is missing.  If I return to the Design Environment, I do find the command as I have always.

Also, if I use the Arrange command in the Design Environment, it works just fine with one exception, it does not "Move" the components to the envelope, it copies them unlike it has in the past.  It does not add the extra components to the Browser but it makes it difficult to determine which ones fit the Arrange and which ones did not.  In this simple example, I can count but in more complex situations it may be an issue.  You can see the issue in the attached screen capture.

Copying Rather Than MovingArrange Command Missing

If you disable the Automated Arrange preview feature in preferences, this will be available to you again in the manufacturing model.

Thanks Seth.  Now I hope someone can tell me why the Arrange in copying components to the envelope and not moving them.

Is it not behaving differently (the way it used to) when you turn that Preview Flag off?

I never have turned the Preview flag off before and it moved them, now, I will turn it off to have them move.  Thanks.

I'm 99% certain the Automated Arrange is a new preview flag and was forced "on" for all users. You can read more about it in our What's New (down towards the end, right before API stuff)

I am having the same issue i have updated my preference but i still don't see the arrange button. Am I missing a step or is there something else that can be done.Steps i took: Preference -> Design->Enable Arrange. Bodies changed to components. Manufacture icon -Set up -> Create Manufacturing Model . Right click Manufacturing Model -> Click on Edit Manufacturing model. Modify icon -> Arrange but there is no Arrange i looked on the bottom and no Arrange icon as well . Can someone help guide me on what to do please.

in the near future will arrange be offered in mfg? or will the preview become the standard and arrange will no longer be a function in MFG? Arrange only in Design will not allow for altering parts before arrange like in MFG.
