Apperiance download

Hello,

I am use Fusion 360 now for more than a year and never had problems. Now I got a PC and downloaded Fusion on it. Ant till now I continued to not have any problems. For a few week I was able to download apperiances with an ease. But out of some reason, since yesterday, every time I try to download a new apperiance, the download starts, but never finishes. I restared Fusion now a cupple times and restarted my PC.

Any suggestions what I can try next?

This web article suggests that the reason you are having difficulties in download materials and appearances is because your Fusion 360 version is not the latest or it did not update correctly.  The current version is 2.0.11183 but even if you have this version is may not have installed correctly.  In the attached article, at the bottom, it directs you to another article on how to "refresh" your installation if you suspect it did not update correctly.  Please read the section that tells you how to do this WITHOUT uninstalling Fusion 360.

thanks for the tip, although it didnt help me. I uninstlled and reinstalled Fusion now, but am still getting the same error. What I forgot to mention is, that the error occured first mid-session, fife minits after downloading another material.

Maybe, that is helpful.
