anyone know how to draw this cone shaped feature??

Can anyone help me draw this cone shaped feature without any dimensions? I just need to know how to how you would start a sketch and have it taper like this.

Without seeing the back, it's a bit hard to say.  If the back is curved, then I would use Revolve to start this.  Draw something like this.  The red lines are the profile, and the green is a centerline.  Then, Revolve the profile around the center.  The rest should be pretty simple.
