Any way to extrude multiple sketch items into individual components all at once?

I can't find an answer to this problem:

I'm designing a small cabin and I have surfaces that I need to extrude into plywood panels, rigid foam, etc. I start with a sketch where I draw out all of the rectangles of where each sheet will go on the roof. Then I want to extrude all of them by 24mm into individual components. However if I Shift-Click on each rectangle then extrude, it groups them all as a single component or a single body.

Is there any way to extrude each rectangle into its own component in one operation?

short answer:  no.

longer answer:  If the profile regions are not adjacent to each other, you can extrude multiple of them into different bodies at the same time, then use Create Component From Body to turn these bodies into components all at one time, but if the profile regions are adjacent, they will be merged into a single body (because this is the 99% workflow).  So, in general, it's probably more straightforward to just extrude each one separately, as a new component.

Thanks, I was afraid that would be the answer. I hope Autodesk considers adding an option in the Extrude panel drop down which is "Operation: Individual Components" (or "Individual Bodies" would be ok too, since it's 1-click to transform Bodies into Components in the Browser).

As you can imagine, when I have to do this with many adjacent sheets of plywood and other building materials, it becomes quite tedious with lots of extra mousing and clicking. I've done it over 200 times just for this one small drawing.
