An entire day's work gone? Please help!

I worked on a project all day Friday, come into work this morning and open up the latest version (saved as 3:15 pm on Friday), and everything I did on Friday isn't there. The file appears to be exactly how it was before I started on Friday. There are 26 versions of the project that I saved Friday, and none of them appear to have actually saved any of the changes that I made! Any and all help would be greatly appreciated, I'm pretty frustrated right now, I really don't want to have to spend an entire day doing work I've already done, not to mention now I'm concerned that it may not save it anyway. I'm not sure what to do. Please help!

Can you gather your diagnostic logs and post them in a reply here? They should show what was happening when you were saving versions last week.
