Alternate Fusion 360 files between Mac and PC

I am designing with Fusion 360 on my Mac with v.2.0.17244 which now works great. (for a period I used the PC version on Mac with Parallels windows emulation).

I planned to use the same files when working on my cnc router with PC controller. The reason is that it is much more convenient editing machining strategy and parameters right in the machine environment, while doing the design part in a more comfortable site where I use a Mac M2 mini.

Unfortunately that dosen't work because the PC version is lagging behind, v. 2.0.16009.

I find that a bit disappointing. What about keeping Mac/PC versions identical?

Think you need to update your PC version. My PC is running v.2.0.17244, the latest version according to the What's New page. You might need to run the service utility if you're not getting an auto update.

Mac and PC versions are always kept identical.  No update happens unless both platforms are available.
