all the people could not open the folder and file

Currently, one representative has created a project and six people have created and used each folder in fusion 360 (all managers).
But suddenly, there was a problem that all the people could not open the folder because they said they did not have access to the folder. All the people have renewed their licenses and have a spare period of time.

As you see all the folder icon is broken.

please help me...
