All past projects have DISAPPEARED?

I recently renewed my educational plan for the year. When I renewed my plan, all the projects I've spent thousands of hours on are nowhere to be found. I've renewed through the same email for the past 3 years and had no problems. None of the other posts have been able to help.

Is there any way I can recover my past projects?

Using the exact same Autodesk ID, I assume your email address, try logging in to your data using this site.  Maybe you can see your projects.
