All my work disappeared HELP

I spent about 6+ Hours on a project yesterday and everything is gone? i cant find the recovery files? my autosave is turned on to every 5 minute. I even took a bunch of screenshot of the progress. yesterday i made a component (from the project that dissapeared) and pasted that into a differnt project. the component is still there in the other project BUT NOT there in the orginal one?? PLS HELP the last version saved was at 12pm but i have screenshoots all the way til at LEAST 6PM but i cant find anything...

@haochen2880 In the original project that is now missing if I understand right, you are having versions saved until 12PM and missing the rest or is the entire design missing from that project?

just the part from 12pm to like 10 pm is gone it seemly dissapeared no trace also like it never been designed...

@haochen2880 I am connecting with our engineering team and can you help with the below requirements? 

1. Go to Fusion - Help - Support and diagnostics - Fusion service utility 
2. Run the "Gather system info" that will generate two zip file

A. We will need the Fusiondiagnosticslogs.zip file
B. Give us the name of the design that you have been working on 
C. Please share the screen shots that you have been having on the design as well
D. Lastly can you invite Anand Somani <anand.somani@autodesk.com> and raj.kumar.ilanchelian@autodesk.com into your project?
